When properly applied, nutritional therapy can have an extremely positive impact on health and wellness.  From issues such as bloating and other digestive issues, insomnia, hormonal issues and food intolerance or allergies to more serious chronic disease such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity, nutrition has an important role to play in resolving these.  

Finding the root cause of a health issue is key, and these can include nutritional deficiencies and toxic overload for example, which can inhibit the body from working as it should.  By finding the cause of an issue in the body and supporting the body to overcome it, the symptoms should resolve.

It can take up to 2-3 months to see health improvements with nutritional therapy.  In most cases, ill health is the result of many months or years of bad diet or lifestyle choices, and so correcting this can take some time.
